Fitness and Exercise tips on how to live a healthy life!
Hope that you are enjoying your weekend! If you are like me, youre off work and can enjoy the company of your friends and family. During these times, it can be difficult to think about eating healthy. This could be due to your old habits or the company that you keep. I believe the weekend is a time to relax but at the same time you do want to think about what you want to accomplish.
Today, I recommend that you reflect on how you feel when you are trying to live healthy compared to when you dont try anything. Im sure you that at least when youre trying, you can feel a sense accomplishment. On the other hand, you feel depressed and defeated or almost enslaved when you arent doing anything. Therefore, I want you to reflect on what you want to accomplish and why. Then develop a plan to achieve it. Thats why I developed the 31 days of healthy habits, just to give you some ideas of small things that you can do to achieve your overall goal. Small steps lead to big results!
